  • Copywriting is a form of writing used in marketing that’s written to inform a specific audience. It’s basicaIly all the text you see on websites, marketing emails, social media ads, and blogs. While you may think of blogs as someone recounting what they did during their family vacation, a blog can also be an article written to educate and cover a specific topic and inform the reader of how or why something works the way it does and what to do about it- Think “5 Ways You Can Calm a Belly Ache” articles;)

    It’s also different from social media content in that it engages the reader through emotional writing techniques that move the them towards a purpose- meaning, it’s writing that prompts the audience to take an action, whether that be to sign-up for an email, get an information gift, or duh duh duh to buy something!

  • Umm, sure. If you want. But, look at it this way: remember your last friend crush or flirt or even internet swoon you had? Were you obsessed with how robotic and not really human they were or how they somehow reminded you of the way you want to feel, the way you want a best friend to make you laugh or a romance to spark? They probably lit something up in you that made you feel alive or even a little envious. Although AI is all the rage, I have yet to read something that really sweeps me off my feet because while the writing IS getting better and better, it still lacks in personality and in telling a story that truly fits the authenticity of someone or something - it’s just ripping off other people on the internet Besides, AI doesn’t ask that many questions to make sense of what you’re doing when good copy is ALL about asking good questions AND about using emotional techniques in the writing, so it’s mainly a good tool for copy ideas, NOT a new in-house copywriter who’s speaking specifically to your audience.

  • Of course you can! And that would probably be super rewarding! However, there is a pretty steep learning curve to get to know the difference and the hows of writing different types of copy. AND, it can be something that you have to keep up with - such as writing and emails and/ or blogs every week or so- which means you have to ask yourself if you are truly able to keep up with that. And honestly, having someone take a huge load off your list while also holding your hand along the way to make sure you get what you need would be 10x more rewarding and reassuring. Trust me, I’ve paid for help along the way and it is incredible to have someone hold that space you for.

  • Because what I’m offering isn’t just words on a page. If you wanted a pile of words you can download a dictionary or just copy-paste from a magazine- but that would be plagiarism and would severely hurt your biz.

For about 15-30 minutes we’ll discuss what your copywriting needs are and if we’re a match. After that I’ll send over an outline of my recs.

Seal the deal with a contract and pay the invoice

You say yes and I whip up a contract + invoice for you. You sign + pay 50%, then I’ll get to work on a test project such as a blog, email page, product description or email.

You werk on your magic while I work mine

Now we get down to business, or rather to making cool stuff. You get to do your stuff while I craft some words that’ll help your business sail smoothly.

First draft's in the house!

Let's have a peek and sprinkle a lil’ salt or sugar if needed. I’ll send over a google doc and you’ll get 1 round of revisions if it’s an à la carte project or 2 if it’s in a bundle. I’ll also send over an invoice for the 2nd half of the payment.
